In contrast, 2nd mortgage loans can be offered up to 85% of the property’s value, albeit at a significantly higher interest rate.

Most loans are issued on a fixed interest basis, usually for a minimum period of 12 months and a maximum of 24 months, with interest paid monthly. We do not operate a fund or hold investors’ capital in trust; instead, each investment is based on an individual Offer Information Statement specific to the property.
